SpendM8 ("the App") is developed by Aclonyx Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and designing the App so that you remain in control of your financial information.

Information We Collect

SpendM8 is designed to work without requiring an account.

The information you enter into the App, including expenses, budgets, categories, merchants, payment methods and related financial data, is stored on your device.

We do not collect, access or transmit this information to our own servers.

iCloud Sync

The App offers optional iCloud synchronisation.

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal Apple iCloud account and synchronised only between your own Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit service.

We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Analytics and Tracking

SpendM8 does not use analytics services, advertising SDKs or tracking technologies.

We do not track your activity across apps or websites.

Third-Party Services

The App does not connect to your bank accounts and does not share your financial data with third parties.

Where the App uses Apple services such as iCloud, your use of those services is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Data Security

Your financial information remains under your control.

Data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to enable iCloud synchronisation.

You are responsible for securing access to your device and your Apple ID.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time from within the App, where applicable.

If you remove the App from your device, locally stored data will also be removed. If iCloud synchronisation has been enabled, you may also need to remove the associated iCloud data from your Apple account if you wish to delete it completely.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
